My husband and I recently purchased a mattress set from Messenger’s. We weren’t looking for something expensive – we just wanted a good, quality bed for our guest room. Messenger’s provided a good selection, and a price we were looking for. The delivery men were very respectful of our home when they were bringing in our purchase. They were very careful of the walls and door frames, and placed everything where I asked them to. That extra level of customer care means a lot to me.

We have purchased too many items from Phil and Shelie over the years to even remember.
The oak dining room table and chairs have been handed down to our granddaughter, who was delighted to have her first “real wood” furniture.
A recliner still lives on at Ottawa University’s theater department.
Our newest granddaughter sleeps in a bedroom furnished top to toe with furniture from Messenger’s.
Shelie’s sense of style would hold it’s own in any professional decorating arena and Phil’s honest, straight-forward way of doing business is refreshing.
The delivery team is friendly, efficient and they even remove their shoes before entering the house when the weather is sloppy.
Shopping at Messenger’s Home Furnishings is a happy and fun experience and we have never been disappointed in the selection, price or service. Our daughter and son-in-law don’t live in Ottawa any longer but still shop at Messenger’s because of the positive experiences they’ve enjoyed there in the past.
